The original Moe to Walhalla railway was built between the years of 1903 to 1910 to service the goldfields of he area, unfortunately it was finished just in time to witness the decline of Walhalla and the closure of many of the area's mines as gold started to run out in the area. Now days a group of volunteers are slowly rebuilding the line so we can once again enjoy the experience of riding the rails through some magnificent gorges and river valleys. You are looking for a small magnetic cache which should be accessible at all times regardless whether the station is open or not.
