Loooong Avenue Traditional Cache

Griffith Avenue runs through Glasnevin, Drumcondra and Marino. It is the longest tree-lined avenue in the Northern Hemisphere with no retail outlets. It is primarily a Residential area, with churches and schools, and measures approximately 4 kilometres long. It was named after Arthur Griffith.

The road is wide, and there are wide footpaths on each side, each lined by large mature trees.

Street Parking is available on the avenue close to the cache, or around the corner .

Bus routes: 123 To Griffith Avenue / Philipsburgh Avenue junction will bring you closest to the cache.

Or 13,16,33,41,41B,41C to Griffith Avenue / Drumcondra Road Upper junction.

It is a longer walk from bus stops at Marino or the Malahide Road.
