Geocache Description:

#3 of a ring of caches around Westbury White Horse. The above co-ordinates will take you to a recreation area. To find the cache you must decipher the message.

The Westbury or Bratton White Horse is a hill figure on the escarpment of Salisbury Plain,is the oldest White Horse in Britain.
It's on the edge of Bratton Downs and lies just below an Iron Age hill fort.
There appears to be little connection with the battle of Ethandun in 878AD, nor with Alfred the Great, though scholars have connected white horse ensignia on banners from that era.

There is at present no documentary or other evidence for the existence of a chalk horse at Westbury before the year 1742. It was restored in 1778, an action which may have obliterated a previous horse which had occupied the same slope. A contemporary engraving of the 1760s appears to show a horse facing in the opposite direction, and also rather smaller than the present figure. In the 1950's it was decided that it would reduce the maintenance costs if the horse were covered in concrete. This work was carried out, and the concreting was repeated in 1995. Whether originally or at a later date, the concrete was painted white.

You're not far from the northwest perimeter fences for the Imber Ranges. Please do not stray into the out of bounds areas.

Using a well known coding method, decipher this message to find the co-ordinates for the cache:
