Day Six

Nuala,

What are you trying to do to us ?

It isn't that we don't appreciate your generosity but the six geese have not alone nearly murdered the calling birds but they laid their eggs on top of the vet's head from the pear-tree and his bill was £68 in cash !

My mother is munching 60 grains of Valium a day and talking to herself in a most alarming way.

You must keep your feelings for me in check.

Gobnait

(Christmas Countdown, 1982)

The song 'Twelve Days of Christmas' is an English Christmas carol first published in 1780 in England.

The standard tune now associated with the song is derived from a 1909 arrangement of a traditional folk melody by English composer Frederic Austin.

In 1982, actor Frank Kelly released a single 'Christmas Countdown', which was a comedy song based on the well-known carol. The song reached number 8 in the Irish charts.

The Cache

The cache is hidden in Kilbogget Park in Cabinteely. You're in the trees but near the path so beware of muggles!

***Disclaimer: Geese are hard to control and they BITE, and some may have gotten away while I was hiding the container ***
