21st Century Consecutive Date Challenge Mystery Cache

This is a consecutive date challenge to commemorate the last consecutive date of the century, 12/13/2014. Consecutive dates are considered lucky, so go out and collect some luck for yourself! :)

The challenge is to log a "found" or "attended" for caches hidden, or events held, on a consecutive date in each year of the 21st century, 2003 - 2014.

In addition to this cache, you will need at least eleven log entries to complete this challenge. You may use date formats of MM/DD/YY or DD-MM-YY, interchangeably. For example, in 2003, January 2nd & the 1st of February = 1/2/3; in 2013, November 12th & the 11th of December = 11/12/13. You may use "found it" logs for caches hidden on consecutive dates or "attended" logs for events held on consecutive dates.

For 2014, the only opportunity is December 13th for 12/13/14, which, luckily enough, is the hide date of this challenge cache, and can be used to cover this date.

FTF credit to the first to find with at least one log entry per year, as described above.

FTF-OA credit for the first to find "over-achiever" who has log entries for every consecutive date in the century - ie. both Jan 2, 2003 AND Feb 1, 2003, and so on.
