1110#08 日時計 Sundial Multi-Cache

　三領水門は、荒川の逆流防止と菖蒲川の高水流量の安全な流下を目的として設け
られた水門で、１９９１年７月に竣工しました。
Ｍitsumine floodgates, in sluice, which is provided for the purpose of safe 
stream of backflow prevention and high water flow rate of Syoubu-gawa of 
Arakawa, was completed in July 1991.

　三領水門には三領メモリアル・パークが作られ、４つの施設で構成されています。
　　- 新水門虹のゲート
　　- 旧水門をかたどったモニュメント・ステージ
　　- 新水門展望広場
　　- 四季の広場
