Our little family has been through a lot in the last few years. However, the bleak period seems to be over and the sun is shining again. This cache has been created by my eldest daughter (seven years old), a "Happy Memories" cache that she hopes will cheer people up on a bad day.
She would like to share her memory that always makes her smile:
"Going to the quarry with my mom, sister and dogs. There were funny rocks in the middle of the shallow water. My mom and sister played with the dogs and I built Inukskuks that looked like they were standing on the water. People kept stopping and telling me how cool they were. It was a nice, sunny day and we had a lot of fun."
It's important to remember that no matter how awful things look during a certain day/week or month of your life, the sun does come up again and laughter will find you. If you could, please share a family-friendly memory that always puts a smile on your face.
