This past summer I met Zoothornrollo, a cacher from Texas, who shared with me some challenge cache ideas that we didn’t have in Northern California. They seemed like fun, and knowing that none of us can resist a challenge (unless we are told we can’t resist it), I decided to place them.
The concept of this challenge is easy enough: Find five different cache types in five different counties for a total of 25 caches overall. But, there are some restrictions…
THE RULES
-
Locationless caches, lab caches, and traveling caches do not qualify for this challenge.
-
Only one event cache of any type per county will qualify.
-
You may not use any cache that is used as a qualifier for The 5x5 Non-Contiguous County Challenge.
-
You may not use any county that is used as a qualifier for The 5x5 State Challenge.
LOGGING YOUR FIND
You may show your qualifying caches by making a public bookmark, posting a screen shot, or include them in your log. Be sure to include the State/County, Icon Type, Cache Name, GC code and Date Found in your post. I will verify all finds. Feel free to sign the log at any time but don't log a find until the requirements have been met.
