Seichi-Junrei means Pilgrimage to sacred places usually.
.. but in this case, it means 'Go around where drawn in Manga, Animation, and so on.'
The tower impressive is place drawn in "Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou", so there is Seichi.
If you are interested. Take it or your favorite, and look same scene in real world.
