This cache requires the use of a special app on your smart phone to find the coordinates to the geocache, and log sheet. There is no reason to remove anything at the first stage.
It is in a high muggle area so great stealth is needed.

You would think Caesar would have 'SCANNED' the group of senators he met with after hearing the warnings about The Ides of March! This geocache is hidden to go along with The "HIDES" of March VI Event.
Once you arrive at your Stage 1, you will be need to use an app on your smart phone to solve the field puzzle. You will be successful, when you find the last three digits needed for both the North and the West coordinates in order to sign the logbook.
