After being introduced to 'Post Hastes' thanks to The Smileys of Cumbria, we thought we should bring it south
Bancoft is to the north west of Milton Keynes with streets named after its Roman past. The remains of a Roman villa were unearthed in 1971 in Bancroft Park, just a few hundred yards from the children's play area behind the cache site.
This cache was originally launched to commemorate the ceremonial illumination of Hadrian's wall, stretching across the north of England from the east coast at Wallsend to Bowness-on-Solway in the west.
The cache site is easily accessible for cycles, wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Please sign only with initials and date to save space and replace the cache in its original position. Watch out for muggles!
