Geocache Description:

Lake Street was completely rebuilt in 2013 adding a pedestrian trail along its eastside connecting Herb and Dolly Smith Park, Fritse Park and the Friendship Trail.

I hope this turns out to be as much fun finding it as it was placing.
I think you'll understand the name.
 
Parking can be found nearby as long as there is little to no snow,
otherwise it will be a longer walk.
