The story I got (unvarified and at least 2nd hand) was the land owner was charging the government $1 a load for dirt for the building up of I-49 and he became very wealthy and donated the land for this rest area. The lake is called Dubuisson and is spelled a few different ways. I may check for facts one day, but for now its the story I'm sticking to. I'm hiding 3 easy ones for now. There is also another older cache in the area that at the moment is disabled, but will be back up soon. There is also room for a couple more and I or someone will get to adding them soon also.
