Geocache Description:

My hope here is to provide younger cachers with a workable puzzle cache in hopes that in doing so will encourage everyone not to be afraid of trying to do a puzzle cache. This one is geared for ages 8 on up but younger cachers should be able work it with the help of an adult.

As always with a puzzle cache the cache is not located at the posted coordinates but feel free to park your car there when you are ready to start hunting.

"Did you see anything outside?"  Frank asked, as Joe entered the cabin through the rear door.

"Nothing, they must have heard us coming and slipped out the back into the woods.

"Considering that we were in Chet's jalopy, that's not." Frank quipped with a grin.  "Where is Chet anyway?"

"He is out front keeping a lookout in case they come back." Joe offered moving to help search of the dingy cabin by going through the kitchen area cabinets. "I wonder what those two characters were up in here. They must be connected to the case." Joe continued thinking about the two suspects they had followed here from the warehouse on wharf they had been staking out for their father.  "Have you found anything yet?"

"It looks like this is their hideout." offered Frank. "They must use this cabin as a staging area for their smuggling activities." he said as he moved to the low table set up with a short wave radio.  "Here's something!" Frank exclaimed as he picked up a scrap of paper.  "Take a look at this Joe, 'The Domicile on the Precipice', sounds like a bad movie title to me."

"Or maybe a rejected book title or a draft TV show name." Joe offered joining his brother at the table to look at the list. Somehow they seem vaguely familiar.  "Wait a minute here's something else”, he added as he pulled another scrap of paper from under an old magazine.  The scrap held a series of curious images.  The boys puzzled over the scraps for a moment then they looked at each other eyes sparkling.

Frank verbalized the thought for both of them, "I bet those two are smugglers and these are coded direction to where they are to receive their next illegal shipment. Let's get out of here and get to a computer so we can decipher these clues."

"This sounds big." Joe said taking a more serious tone.  "We'd better have Chet call in some help on staking this spot out."

"Yeah, have him call in as many of our friends as he can get a hold of." Frank continued as the boys headed for the door.  "It's great being in the thick of things again, Dad will certainly be glad to hear about this once he gets back."

Help Frank and Joe discover the location where the smugglers are to receive their shipment.  Use both clues to discover the location the smugglers are using. Once you have determined where the deal is going down, join Frank and Joe on the stake out by adding your name to the stake out log.  When you arrive be sure to leave your jalopy at the designated stakeout parking so as not to alert the smugglers, or mugglers, to your presence.
