Impossible Traditional Cache

The previous two hides I placed at this location have been muggled.  I therefore decided to come up with something impossible for muggles to find.

I am sorry (Ha Ha) to you poor Geocaches, as if you are going to try to find this one, please be prepared for a reasonably long search. 

It is a nice spot, right on the river next to the Rowing Club

There are parking meters nearby, and as you will most likely be searching for a little while, you may need to feed one of them.
