Encryption Mystery Cache

The cache

This cache is not at shown co-ordinates, you don't even have to visit them.

Secret codes were used alot during the world wars and as it is 100 years since the beginning of the first world war this year (2014) we have decided to place this cache. It was also placed just after remembrance day, at the time 96 years since the end of the war.

The physical cache and the clue are also related to war time, the cache is a bison only a little different, please don't remove the cache only unscrew it.

The coordinates

There are two parts to identify the cache co-ordinates, Part 1 and 2.

Part 1

A=1 - Z=26

Part 2

Where are the following pictures taken?

(For picture 3 you need to find the word that fits, then take the last letter of that word)

Again: A=1 - Z=26
