This is a short offset multi-cache. The first stage of the cache will take you to a historical plaque about hurricane hazel. I wish I could tell you all the information but that would ruin the puzzle. The cache is 2 stages, the first a virtual ending in a physical container. When you get to the posted coordinates you will find a plaque. To get the final coordinates go to the plaque and awnser the following.
AB = What is the first number on the plaque?
CDEF = What is the first year listed on the plaque?
GHI = How strong were the winds in km/h?
JK = How many people were killed?
LMNO = How many familes were left homeless after this disaster?
PQR = How many mm of rain fell during the storm?
Add A+B+C+D+E+F+G+H+I+J+K+L+M+N+O+P+Q+R = YZ
Divide YZ by 1000 and add that awnser to both of the following meaningless coordinates:
N 43 38.821 W 79 29.701
