This cache is one of several that are being put down/have been put down to lure you into the wonders of the Tarkine Wilderness and the spectacle of the Pieman River at Corinna but of course they are accessible whether travelling south or north. The series will grow over the next six months and will not be in numbered or in any order.
Unlike many places in the world the Tarkine remains a hidden treasure and a forgotten wilderness. This expanse of uninterrupted 477,000 hectares of Tarkine wilderness holds ancient relics of both plants and animals dating back millennia, and unique habitats not found anywhere else.
