Entspannungt

Entspannung ist eines der 4 Themen am Alpine Well Fit Parcour. An dieser Übungsstation erhaltet ihr verschiedenen Tips zur Durchführung von Entspannungsübungen. Auch das Geocaching sollte ein Hobby zu eurer Entspannung sein. Ihr verbringt Zeit in der Natur, ob alleine oder mit euren Freuden und Familien und genießt dabei verschiedene schöne Locations. Auch das Ziel meiner Caches ist es, euch verschiedene Fleckchen meines Bezirkes zu zeigen. Dabei ist der Schwierigkeitsgrad meistens niedrig gehalten, gerade eben um den Faktor Entspannung zu berücksichtigen. Ich wünsche euch viel Spass bei eurem Aufenthalt.

Il rilassamento è uno dei 4 obiettivi del percorso Alpine Well Fit. In questa stazione di esercizio vi saranno portati diversi suggerimenti per l'esecuzione di esercizi di rilassamento. Anche geocaching dovrebbe essere un hobby per il vostro rilassamento. Si trascorrere del tempo in natura, da solo o con i vostri amici o famiglie, godendo di varie località bellissime. Anche l'obiettivo delle mie cache è quello di mostrarvi diversi punti del mio distretto. Il grado di difficoltà è di solito mantenuto basso, proprio per considerare il fattore del rilassamento. Vi auguro un buon divertimento.

Relaxation is one of the 4 subjects at Alpine Well Fit course. At this exercise station you will get different tips for performing relaxation exercises. Also geocaching should be a hobby to your relaxation. You spend time in nature, whether alone or with your friends and families, enjoying various beautiful locations. Even the goal of my caches is to show you different spots in my district. The degree of difficulty is usually kept low, just to even consider to the factor of. I wish you much fun with your stay.
