Alpine Well Fit

Der Alpine-Well-Fit-Parcours befindet sich am Fuße des Naturnser Nörderberges zwischen Plaus und Naturns. Auf einer Tafel an der Bahnhofsbrücke in Naturns finden Sie Anweisungen und Tipps zum Alpine-Well-Fit-Parcours sowie einen Streckenplan. Der 1,6 km lange Alpine-Well-Fit-Parcours besteht aus 4 Stationen mit allgemeinen Tipps für mehr Wohlbefinden sowie Dehn-, Mobilisations-, Kräftigungs- und Entspannungsübungen. Der Weg hat die Funktion eines modernen „Trimm-Dich-Pfades" und verläuft zwischen Plaus und Naturns am Fuße des Nörderbergs. Der Ausgangspunkt des Alpine-Well-Fit-Parcours befindet sich am Ende des Gröbenwegs in der Ortschaft Plaus. Der Parcours ist vom Ortszentrum Plaus aus in 10 Gehminuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich wünsche euch viel Spass bei eurem Aufenthalt.

Il sentiero Alpine-Well-Fit si trova ai piedi del cosi chiamato Nörderberg di Naturno tra Plaus e Naturno. Una schedi di informazioni presso il ponte della ferrovia a Naturno ci sono delleistruzioni e suggerimenti per sentiero alpino-ben-fit e una mappa del percorso. Il percorso è di 1,6 km ed è composto da 4 stazioni con suggerimenti generali per un maggiore comfort e stretching, mobilizzazione, rafforzamento e esercizi di rilassamento. Il percorso ha la funzione di un moderno "percorso jogging" e corre tra Plaus e Naturno. Il punto di partenza del percorso Alpine-Well-Fit si trova alla fine del Gröbenwegs nel villaggio Plaus. Il sentiero può essere raggiunto a piedi in 10 minuti dal centro del paese Plaus. Vi auguro un buon divertimento.

The Alpine-Well-Fit trail is located at the foot of Naturnser Nörderberges between Plaus and Naturns. On a plaque at the railway bridge in Naturns provides instructions and tips for Alpine-well-fit trail and a route map. The 1.6 km long Alpine-Well-Fit-course consists of 4 stations with general tips for more comfort and stretching, mobilization, strengthening and relaxation exercises. The path has the function of a modern "jogging path" and runs between Plaus and Naturns at the foot of Nörderberg. The starting point of the Alpine-Well-Fit trail is at the end of the Gröbenwegs in the village Plaus. The trail is reachable from Plaus center of a 10-minute walking distance.
