Parking can be found on the end of Garden Lane. This is a dead end street but has ample parking. Park here and then enter the unlocked gate that will lead you to a scenic canyon just off of the PLNU campus.
The posted coords will take you to the entrance of the Lair, the rest is up to you. Once at the entrance, you must use some form of illumination to light the way to the cache. As you enter you will find markers to help guide you along your journey.
