Santa's Little Secret Hideaway Traditional Cache

Julestria Luke 15

Santa Claus has thousands of hideaways all around the world, and this year he invites you to visit his little cabin in the woods, on the outskirts of Skui.  Maybe he has a special surprise for those who take time to stop in and greet him!

Nearby parking can be found along Skoglundveien, off E-16 in the direction of Oslo-Hønefoss.  However, it can be quite crowded here during ski season as it is the starting point for a popular cross-country ski trail network in Vestmarka.  Please avoid walking directly in the ski trail!  The cache is placed such as it should not be a problem to reach it without stepping in the trails.

There is a round-trip of caches near Santa's hideaway - Tour de Svartvann - so bring your skis, your hiking boots or bike (according to the weather conditions) and cache-in on several others at the same time!

Please take care in replacing the log so that Santa can keep a watchful eye on it until the next visitor comes.
