Congratulations to MAG-nitude2.1 for the FTF!
This cache is a small/medium lock n lock container and is kid friendly. There is a gift card for FTF, and a few small trinkets for kids. Parking on the street should be available, and the Dundas streetcar line is a half block away. It is a small public park, so there could be lots of muggles around. Please put it back where you found it.
Now home to a public park and residential apartments, this property used to be home to the Mutual Street Arena. Predating Maple Leafs Gardens by almost 20 years, this arena was the premier site of ice hockey in Toronto, and was the Toronto Maple Leafs's first home. In 1942, the Glenn Miller big band played their only Toronto appearance here.
After the opening of Maple Leafs Gardens and other arenas in the city, the Mutual Street Arena transitioned into a popular roller skating rink.
At the time of its demolition in 1989, it was known as The Terrace.
