The cache itself is a salt and pepper shaker container, it is a micro but there IS a small pencil inside.
It is located under a lamp.
It should be really easy to find the physical cache but this puzzle should take you some time.
The cache should pretty much be wheelchair accessible, but there is a bit of elevation and you have to bend way down.
