A fifteen minute gathering in Barnwood Park. How many of you can or would like to escape the Christmas Festivities for a while and get out into the park?

Prior To The Event: Make your way towards the co-ordinates. Amble towards GZ and pretend you are a muggle. ACT LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW ANYONE ELSE.
At exactly 11:00am a horn will be blown. This signifies the start of the event and everyone should at this moment head for GZ.
There should be time to pass around a log book for everyone to sign. I will also have a TB box for any swaps, but you will need to do it fast!
The event will last exactly 15 minutes giving time for photos. Names in the logbook will be numbered and one number chosen randomly and declared FTF. Then at 11.15am everyone will disperse leaving any muggles and ducks wondering what on earth just happened!
Edna is planning to make biscuits to distribute...just enough to ruin your appetite for Christmas dinner. Party hats, tinsel and baubles optional.
