This should be a easy roadside cache.
Having worked in the area for the last 25 years, I was surprized to come accross this spot. Granted it has been in neglected and overgrown for it seems the last 20 odd years.
After stopping and reading I thought to myself that this is what caching is about, bringing you to unknown places and showing you things you never were aware of.
I'm not gonna go into detail regarding the spot, that is what your visit is about.
After leaving here the question remains, Helperus who?

Cache is magnetic and is not on the premises, so there is no need to go inside.
I do see though that if you want to, you can make an appointment or something.
