Geocache Description:

This series of caches have been placed along the bank of the River Nairn which can be accessed from Cawdor village or by following the path which is signposted from the Howford Bridge.

The caches have been placed on or close to the way-marked path which follows the River Nairn from Cawdor towards the sea (from Cawdor to sea, 6 miles)

This beautiful stretch of riverside is home to a variety of birds and wildlife and is a restful experience surrounded by trees and the sound of the water. There is a good path along the riverbank although it may be muddy in places especially after wet weather.

While we were placing this cache a buzzard was close by screeching loudly!

Many thanks to Cawdor Estates for permission to place this cache
