On 11/21/14 Larry the pool guy, Craigs-Outside and Not Tom were out running the Paradise Springs trail when they found a couple of Mastiff mix breed dogs. The dogs, were abandoned and by the looks of them have not ate food in many days. They were both gentle giants and followed them back to the truck where they both got water.
Faced with the choice of leaving the dogs or taking them to the animal shelter in Barstow these great geocachers choose to stop caching and help these two helpless animals.
It is so sad that people think they can just dump their animals in the desert. Animals dumped almost always don't make it and it is usually not an easy death.
Cache should be EZ to find.
