This Cache is located at the center of the operations for our area's Boy Scouts office. Each "area" throughout the country is called a Council,which is then comprised of districts, then the individual troops themselves. The Boy Scouts here, in Wichita Falls and surrounding area, is known as the NorthWest Texas Council (or NWTC for short) each council also has a three digit number assigned to them. the number for the NWTC is 587.
