I like art. All kinds of art. And yeah, there are always more important stuff to do in life: food to eat, education to get, work to do... and somehow, art is always pushed at the very end of things. But I like it, although i can't pinpoint exactly why. I guess it's because that beautiful human activity treats all God's creatures equaly. People, animals you name it. At the end, everybody counts. But wait a second, that reminds me of a really bizzare story someone told me few weeks ago...
It was lazy summer afternoon in the City, so few friends from the neiborhood accepted Edouard's idea to go to the local park and organize some luncheon on the grass. Athough being meat-lovers themselves Vince suggested it's good to get some veggies as well, just in case if visited by some potato eaters. Edward wanted to enjoy beautifful sunny day and play some badminton but rest of the guys made fun of him coz' they are not some kind of daylight-doves, they are real nighthawks. Besides, as Vince already complained, all that effort would be quite challenging since they still didn't reccover from yesterday's wild party at the night caffe. A long night of partying took its toll so they almost felt asleep sitting around the BBQ when suddenlly group of girl-joggers passed by but poor Andy had such a terrible hangover that in one short second it seemed to him that, instead of girls, he sees eight Elvises. Some unknown guy also stopped by for a moment with his smartphone to take a photo of pathetic men at lunch. Pierre slowly lifted his head and laughed out loud „...if you think this is a mess, you shuld have seen us after luncheon of the boating party.“. Loud laughter woke Henri up so he opened the new beer, put his favorite CD in the player and said „... guys, now we need some real soul food... the music.“. „Booooring mate...“ yawned Joseph „..you're such a boring bastard... more boring than that philosopher lecturing on the Orrery.“. „Yeahhh right...“ said Sandro „...i remember that boring dude but i still don't have a clue what was his lecture all about and only thing i remember is the season when it took place - spring.“. And then Norman said „.. come on guys, we have to go home now and study a little bit for that difficult exam waiting for us few weeks from now because that’s the problem we all live with. Just about then, their friend Frida arrived and she said „...he's right you lazy thugs, enough partying, let's clean this mess and maybe we can catch the bus“.
