When I first came to Tufts as a high school senior, I fell in love with the campus. It was exactly what I had been looking for in a university: near a city, but with room to breathe; the right program, everything fit perfectly. The only downside-- incredibly few caches! So with this series, I want to introduce people to the Tufts that I love, and put some new caches out there. So, I hope you come to enjoy the University as much as I do! As this series is placed over a college campus, the muggle factor is high (more so in some places than others), so please be sure to use stealth. Extra kudos given for including pictures with your logs.

Jumbo Stretch
Originally, Tufts University was located only on top of campus hill, the hill which, if you have found many others in this series, you undoubtedly know of. As the university grew, it expanded its infrastructure downhill and to the south, in the direction of Powderhouse square, and down Boston avenue, to where ground zero of this cache is. This building, known as the sci- tech building, is the farthest building away from the dorms that holds classes, making the unlucky students who have courses here really stretch their legs. Classes that are held here are generally for the engineering and science programs, with some math and administration offices as well.
Accessing the cache: I recommend staring at the listed waypoint, there is a nice path that cuts behind the athletic fields ( right near Jumbo Strong) and leads straight to the cache. As always, use stealth!
Parking for this series is accessible to the non-Tufts public in the Dowling Hall parking garage on Boston Avenue for a fee of eight dollars, or along Boston Avenue free of charge… Anywhere else is at your own risk!
