HC-Cuddly trees Traditional Cache

There are seats in the venue, and two picnic areas with tables at Hamble Quay a short walk to the north. The venue is child/dog friendly, but some entrances might need buggies etc to be lifted, wear wellies in wet weather. The paths are a mixture of hard gravel, cut/uncut grass, and woodland. The venue is level but has lots of exposed tree roots in the woods, take care around the mud flats which also form lakes at high tide, some paths, ground, and bridges can be under water.

The geocache is a 1.2L clip-lock container in a camo bag, hidden in Hamble Common, with the kind permission of the Countryside Service of Eastleigh Borough Council. There is swag, and a logbook with pencil and sharpener. The cache is in a woodland area with lots of ferns. It can get rather muddy, and watch out for tree roots.
