Geohigleys: After several times of trying to replace the cache I was confronted by several homeless people, drug seekers, and one other person trying to sell me other items that I was not interested in. With the new wave of homeless people and the BudHut across the street I have deemed this to be a true DANGER ZONE. I want all cachers to be safe and this is no longer a safe place.
