Welcome to Morrison's "tree streets." Most of the streets in this neighborhood bear the names of common trees. The neighborhood is a great place to get out and take a jog, ride a bike, or walk your dog.
In order to find this cache, you will follow a trail of reflectors. To start, you will find the first reflector on the backside of a sign on the southeast corner of this intersection. The color of the square reflectors indicate what you should do:
- YELLOW squares indicate LEFT turns.
- RED squares indicate RIGHT turns.
- WHITE squares indicate continuing STRAIGHT.
These square reflectors will lead you through the neighborhood. When you find the LONG RED reflector, you are within 100 feet of the final cache. In fact, the final container is approximately 100 feet directly south of you (the west coordinates are identical according to my GPSr.)
One hundred feet to the south, you will find a beacon. The cache's T-rating is based on the need to place the container in a flood-proof location as this area routinely is underwater. I have left a hint at ground level to indicate that you are looking at the correct beacon but you can find the cache regardless of whether or not you find the clue.
Final cache is available between 6am and 10pm. Please respect these hours to maintain the integrity of the cache and our goodwill in the community. Parking is available along any of the roads in the neighborhood and it will only be a short walk back to your car from the final container. A TotT may be required to remove the log from the container.
