Geocache Description:

CHRISTMAS COOKIE EXCHANGE


NOTE: The church rules are that we cannot have any alcohol in the church... Those who plan to bring gift baskets that contain alcoholic beverages for the raffle must arrange to give the alcohol outside the church. I suggest you bring a picture of your basket to the raffle.

The Second NOTE: No Red Drinks (soda or Koolaid or punch ) are allowed in the church as the red stains do not come out of the carpets.

Date: Saturday November 14, 2015
Time: 11:30 to 2:30pm

 This is a fun family event with Christmas cookie exchange, potluck lunch, raffle, caching stories and activities for the kids. This is a good time to pick the brains of other cachers and put a face to a cacher name. Thanks to the generosity of all, this is certainly the event of the x-mas season.


 What to Bring (optional)
~Christmas cookie exchange: Bring bags with 6 cookies per bag to trade. You are welcome to bring as many or as few bags of 6 cookies as you would like to exchange. Once all the cookies are submitted and set up, you will get your turn to pick cookies based on a raffle drawing).

~Pot Luck food to share

~Team up with other cachers to build a gift basket or purchase an item or make something that can be raffled off to help pay for the expenses


 Cookie Crumbles 11 Schedule

 11:00 am - 1:45 pm Plant the Flag
• Flags are $1 each for 18+ and free for under 18

11:30 am Doors Open
• Drop off food to food court
• Drop off cookies at cookie check-in table
• Children's activity table opened
• Travel bug table opened

11:45 am Potluck Line Open

12:15 pm Travel bugs available to check-out
• Please, no standing around discovering travel bugs

1:30 pm Cookies available for pickup

2 pm Raffle followed by 50/50 raffle

2:45 pm Clean-up committee goes to work


 Cookie Crumbles is a Pot Luck Event.

20 TABLE CLOTHS (THE PLASTIC DISPOSABLE KIND FOUND AT DOLLAR STORE):MjBuz and left overs from last year.. all set with these

Note: if you are bringing a pot luck item like chili that needs a bowl and spoons, please bring the bowls and spoons with you as well PLEASE... so if you think you have 10 bowls worth of chili in the crock pot, please bring 10 bowls and 10 spoons.. :) Please contact me if you have questions.
