Once upon a time there was a geocacher and his fun-loving wife taking a walk along a trail when she said to him "hey look at that bush, it looks like it has tinsel hanging all over it! You should hide a cache here!" So today we did.
We recommend walking a little further up the trail after grabbing this cache to see the remains of "Mad Kat" Mine, you can't miss it, it's right on the trail. There has been a lot of mining activity all around this area.
