JamGuys: Well, all good things do come to an end and I've decided to go ahead and archive this cache. I believe the location to be compromised and, as it turns out, the bridge might actually be in the corner of private property as opposed to being just outside as I first thought. Also, after reports of run ins with the neighbor, it's just not worth the stress and anxiety of having to worry about her ... geocaching is supposed to be a fun activity, after all. So, thanks to all who took time to track down the players, solve the mystery, find the cache, and even award it a Favorite point! This puzzle has just been retired.
