Stan's Apple Number 27

Welcome to Stan's Apple, 36 mystery geocaches hidden around Stanthorpe, home to the Queensland Geocaching Mega-Event 2015. A variety of geocaches wait, so get solving and organise a trip to the Granite Belt.

This geocache is not at the listed co-ordinates - in fact there looks to be not much at all there. Instead it can be found at:

S 28° 3A.CBF E 151° 5E.DBA

You'll have to make the necessary substitutions -- there are a few possibilities. But to make it a little easier, remember that:
A is equal to C
D is half of C
E is one less than A
F is not greater or equal to E
