A simple cache place near a historical landmark......
This historical landmark that has been in Hillcrest for many decades (according to my barber who has lived in the area for 60 years!). It is a Clock Tower at the central intersection of the town - but seems to be in disuse at this time. I can imagine it might have been a landmark once when there was less development around. Sadly it seems quite insignifacnt now - and poilt by modern advertising unfortunately.
There are many muggles at this intersection - pick your time!
