Kneippstation

Der Tourismusverein von Naturns hat in der Umgebung von Naturns viele natürliche "Kneippstationen"mit Infotafeln entlang von Wanderwegen bei Brunnen und Wasserläufen errichtet. Das Kneippen wirkt gegen zu hohen oder zu niedrigen Blutdruck, lindert Schmerzen, hilft bei Herz- und Gefäßerkrankungen und regt den Kreislauf an. Am aktuellen Standort seit ihr an einem dieser Infotafeln. Hier wird das Armbad erklärt. Der Platz eignet sich sehr gut um eine kleine Pause einzulegen und die Wasserreserven aufzufüllen. Genießt einfach den Augenblick. Ich wünsche euch viel Spass bei eurem Aufenthalt.

L'Associazione Turistica di Naturno, ha costruito molte "stazioni Kneipp" naturali con pannelli informativi lungo vari sentieri e corsi d'acqua nella zona di Naturno. Terapia Kneipp è efficace contro l'alta o bassa pressione, allevia il dolore, aiuta con malattia cardiovascolare e stimola la circolazione. Alla posizione attuale trovate pure un pannello informativo di questo genere. Qui va spiegato il bagno alle braccia. Il posto è molto adatto per una piccola pausa per inserire e riempire le riserve idriche. Semplicemente godersi il momento. Vi auguro un buon divertimento.
