[Greencastle, Chambersburg]: Take I-81 south to I-70 east. Proceed east and take exit 29, Route 65 south. Continue for approximately 6 miles. Ag Center on left.
- From Points West
[Clear Spring, Hancock, Breezewood]: Take I-70 east to exit 29, Route 65 south. Continue for approximately 6 miles. Ag Center on left.
- From Points South [I-81 corridor - Martinsburg, Inwood, Winchester]: Take I-81 north to I-70 east. Proceed east and take exit 29, Route 65 south. Continue for approximately 6 miles. Ag Center on left.
- From Points South [I-270 corridor – Germantown, Rockville, Washington D.C.]: Take I-270 north to I-70 west. Follow for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 29, Route 65 south. Continue for approximately 6 miles. Ag Center on left.
- From Points East
[Frederick, Mt Airy, Baltimore]: Take I-70 west to Hagerstown. Take exit 29, Route 65 south. Continue for approximately 6 miles. Ag Center on left.
