Welcome to a pocket park at the tip of a peninsula formerly owned by the U.S. Navy. Today it is a dry dock repair, cruise ship terminal, and home of the Tear Drop Memorial. A gift from the people of Russia under the auspices of Vladimir Putin, the monument is dedicated to the shared battle of two nations against terrorism.
