Mini Muggles is in a place where there was a cache placed before.
this should be an easy find but depending on the time of the day you could be seen by a lot of mini muggles as well as growen up ones as well.
i have placed this cache where an old one use to be so you should be able to park close to it with out a problem. the cahce is a home made container. and has some small swaps and a pencile please leave the pencile in the cache.
