The cache IS located at the posted coordinates however in order to quallify for a find you have to have done the following:
Have your geocaching Longest Consecutive Streak LONGER than your Longest Consecutive Slump. In order to check this you can visit your profile and click on "Statistics". You can lock in your qualification at any time as long as you have proof that at some time in your geocaching career you have had a streak longer than your slump.
You're welcome to find the cache at any point and submit a note to the cache page if you wish, but please don't log it as 'found' until you qualify.
Any "Found It" logs posted without proof that you have a streak longer than a slump WILL be deleted.
