Keep on going for goodness sake.
If you have the energy skip over 8
Then you might as well go 9 and speed up your Heart rate.
Whatever you do, don't lose track,
For your stamina, you will lack.
If you need to start over, just count to 10.
Then go back and start those steps all over again.
11 steps up and 12 steps down,
Oops, the wrong way, you will need to turn around.
