reverse the curse Traditional Cache

I remember, as a youth, going to the annual local community picnic at nearby Burris Park.  In fact, I've been scouting the area for a hide for some time now.  Then, the other night, I was browsing the geocaching website and found that there had previously been hides placed down this road...by my geocaching mentor, no less.  "Haay, I've been thinkin' about placing something down this road...."

Word is, there's a geo-curse out here.

Findin' this one should reverse the curse. It's on the small side of small, so bring your own pen/pencil. And replace in the appropriate orientation to help keep it high and dry.
