Geocache Description:

Just off Howland's Highway is a small park with a great view where golfcarts gather to watch the sunset and enjoy a favorite beverage.

Congrats to Desert_Dust-aka-D_D for FTF!

Best to park on a side street and not on the main throughfare.  Walkers are permitted on Howland's Highway but not autos or bicycles.  Be careful as the area has high golfcart traffic and avoid times near sunset as the park is crowded then.
