Enjoy the "View" Traditional Cache

The City Of Bayswater seems to have an interesting penchant for placing seats and benches in the most random of places. They recently improved the footpath landscape near this busy intersection by installing a series of benches and hedging plants. I'm not exactly sure why anyone would want to sit here amongst the car fumes so I thought I'd place a cache in the vicinity so at least someone might have a half decent reason to pop their bottoms here (to sign a logbook).
