This is a BYOP cache AND, heres the kicker, you need to bring a minimum of 17oz of water (the size of a personal arrowhead water bottle) in order to do this challenge, I recommend more just incase you dont get it right the first time.
This cache is located off of Cannon, my own stomping grounds and is located near an even larger source of water (gotta keep the theme going.) Teamwork may help in this challenge but is not required. Use the tools listed in order to float this one, no force or other tools is required to complete this challenge!
