Geocache Description:

You are seeking a micro cache, VERY VERY WF! wink

Please don't remove the log holder from its host, just remove the LID ....thanks

The cache IS at the posted coordinates BUT before you can log this as FOUND online, you must complete the following CHALLENGE.  THIS CHALLENGE IS TO RECOGNIZE THOSE WHO HIDE CACHES!  WITHOUT ACTIVE RESPONSIBLE CACHE HIDERS, WHAT WOULD WE BE LOOKING FOR?   Please don't seek the cache out or sign its paper log until you have completed the CHALLENGE...let those who meet the challenge have the pleasure of a fresh new log to sign!

There are all sorts of Challenges involving the alphabet and numbers!  Kudos to those who have prepared and maintained those challenges AND the actual caches!  This Challenge isn't new to Saskatchewan but I think it will be new'ish to Saskatoon and area cachers.

THE CHALLENGE?

FIND 26 CACHES, EACH HIDDEN BY A SASKATCHEWAN CACHER WHOSE OFFICIAL CACHING NAME STARTS WITH A DIFFERENT LETTER OF THE ALPHABET.

Once you have done this,  you must post proof of challenge completion-either in a bookmark list OR in a 'note' on the Online Cache Page.

The list must contain:  CACHE OWNER'S OFFICIAL NAME, CACHE NAME AND GC# AND YOUR FIND DATE.  Please put the owners' names in Alphabetical Order to provide quick confirmation of challenge completion laugh!!!

Only the Cache Owner's OFFICIAL name counts.  Some cache hides are published under other names(including  pets' names) but these are not their official names-click on the name on the cache page to access the CO's profile and 'real' name.

ONLY the FIRST character in the Cache Owner's Name counts....for two or more words-only the first letter in the first word of the whole name counts-for example- benny kidd-only B counts, NOT K

If a NAME starts with a NUMBER, it cannot be used for this particular challenge-save it for another one I will be launching soon!  for example-3pollyc- starts with a NUMBER, it cannot be used for THIS challenge

ADOPTED CACHES DO NOT COUNT for this challenge-ONLY the Original HIDER'S name can be used.

AND TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS CHALLENGE RECOGNIZES THE EFFORTS OF SASKATCHEWAN CACHE HIDERS-THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT OF ALL IS THAT ALL CACHE OWNERS MUST BE SASKATCHEWAN  CACHERS(PER THEIR CURRENT ONLINE PROFILES) AND OBVIOUSLY, THE CACHE MUST BE IN SASKATCHEWAN!  THE FINDERS OF THIS CHALLENGE CACHE CAN BE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, BUT THEY WILL HAVE TO DO SOME SASKATCHEWAN-BASED CACHING TO MEET THE CHALLENGE!

Since certain letters might be quite rare to find starting a cache owner's name, ('x' might be a good example?), I will allow ONE CHEAT....only ONE though!smiley  I'm hoping for a list of 26 from A to Z but if you must skip one, just make note of it in your online log!

If you have any questions regarding this challenge, please don't hesitate to contact me!

I anticipate that there may be caches that have been hidden by people who formerly lived in Saskatchewan but who have moved out of province. If their profile no longer identifies them as Sask. cachers, or if it is common knowledge in the caching community that they are not in Sask any longer, please refrain from using their caches for this challenge. Let's not complicate matters...! PLEASE NOTE-ALL CACHES COUNT, OLD AND NEW!

Thanks to everyone who completes this challenge-I hope you enjoyed it! Cache on and Have Fun !
